About T.A Physiotherapy Services
Trudi qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2014 with a first class honours degree from the University of Bradford and worked for 7 years as a Specialised Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist for the NHS. On qualifying as a Chartered Physiotherapist, Trudi then enrolled onto the PG Dip Veterinary Physiotherapy course at the University of Liverpool, studying at Leahurst Campus and completed the course in 2017, achieving a Distinction and becoming a Cat. A member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy (ACPAT). Whilst working for the NHS Trudi set up T.A Physiotherapy Services, and in 2021 left the NHS to follow her dream of running her own business.
Prior to training as a Chartered Physiotherapist, Trudi studied at the University of Lincoln after completing her A levels and gained a BSC Hons in Equine Sports Science in 2008.
Trudi has a keen interest in rehabilitation and prior to training as a Physiotherapist, worked as a groom for World Horse Welfare having a key role in the rehabilitation of the horses and ponies for rehoming.
Trudi has always had a great love for animals, having been brought up around horses and dogs and is currently the proud owner of two working fox red Labradors and two horses (TB and Standardbred).
As a Chartered Physiotherapist and Veterinary Physiotherapist Trudi is continually striving to provide high level of care by ensuring she continually partakes in professional development and use evidence-based practice alongside clinical reasoning.
